But if you don’t want to use Yoast SEO and All in One SEO Pack plugin, then you can use Google XML sitemaps plugin to create a professional XML sitemap for your blog or website.

Google XML sitemaps WordPress plugin is free plugin, which helps to create a dynamic XML sitemap for WordPress blogs. Your sitemap will be automatically updated once you publish any new article in your WordPress blog. It also ping Google, Ask.com, Yahoo and MSN Live Search about your new update. Customization of sitemap can be also done easily using this plugin. Yoast SEO and All in One SEO pack plugin doesn’t allow any modification in sitemap. So, It will be better if you use Google XML sitemaps WordPress Plugin to create and manage your WordPress Blog sitemap.

Step by Step Guide to Generate XML Sitemap Using Google XML Sitemaps WordPress Plugin:

You have to just install and activate Google XML sitemaps WordPress plugin to create sitemap for your WordPress blog. To install this plugin just go to your WordPress blog Dashboard>>Plugins>>Add New

Now you will see a search box there, search for Google XML Sitemaps plugin using that box. Then find Google XML Sitemaps plugin from the search results and click on Install Now button in available in front of its name.

To customize your website XML sitemap Go to your WordPress blog Dashboard>>Settings>>XML-Sitemap. On this page you can add any missing pages, adjust post priority, change method of post priority calculation, exclude or include any content in your blog sitemap and much more.
